The Department of Building, Planning, and Development administers the coordination of development projects from concept to certificate of occupancy to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.  The Department is a resource for information on Building Codes and Zoning Codes in relation to land development and construction. The Department also provides technical guidance to the Town Board, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals.
